Regina DeVal  is first and foremost a Christian with an understanding that

​'Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.' (James 1:17) .​

She was blessed to find that thing late in life that gives her peace and life meaning... She is an artist.She believes that God blessed her with a new gift and whispered her artists name to her mother years before: Regina DeVal. ​Color, emotion, movement, life... With painting and photography, she captures it and makes it stand still for just a moment.​

So Why Cloud Cover?​

She says that this title came to her while studying for a class.  She remembered that God moves in the clouds.   The clouds are the mysterious things that traverse the earth above us evoking all kinds of emotions: Wonder and joy to sadness and mystery. On this site these emotions can be found in Folk Art, Landscapes, Seascapes, Portraiture, Photography in Large and nugget size!  Take a look and Please enjoy!
